Tower of Titans collects only truly anonymized analytics data for the sole purpose of improving game quality and performance. No information we collect can identify, locate, or contact any individual user, device, or account.

Gameplay Analytics (Anonymized Only): 

We may collect anonymous analytics data to understand how our games are used, such as gameplay patterns, feature usage, and performance data. This helps us enhance our game and provides you with a better experience.

In-App Purchases and Downloadable Content:    

Our Game operates on the Meta Quest platform and uses Meta's in-app purchase system to enable purchases and manage downloadable content. When you make a purchase, Meta processes the transaction and may collect data such as your user identifier, purchase history, and downloadable content entitlements in order to provide access to purchased items and manage your game experience. We do not receive or store payment details, but we may access information about purchases for entitlement and support purposes.

What We Do Not Collect:   

We do not collect or retain names, emails, device serial numbers, precise locations, or IP addresses.

Data Retention   

We retain the collected analytics data for a reasonable period to analyze and improve our game. However, we do not use this data to personally identify you or your device.

User Rights and Data Requests

1. Because we collect only anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked to any individual user, device, or account, we cannot honor requests to access, delete, correct, or export your analytics data. Children's Privacy

The game is not intended for children under 13 years of age. As no personal data is collected or retained, no information about any player (child or adult) can be accessed, retrieved, or deleted. 

Sharing and Third Parties  

We do not sell or share user analytics in ways that could identify any individual. We may share anonymized, aggregate gameplay trends with:

1. Internal teams for game optimization
2. Service providers (such as analytics platforms or hosting services) who assist in operating the game
3.  These services process only anonymous data and are contractually obligated not to attempt re-identification.  Cookies: We may use cookies for session management and technical functionality, but they do not track or retain user/device identities.
