Tower of Titans collects pseudonymized analytics data for the purpose of improving game quality and performance. Pseudonymized data uses an identifier in place of information that directly identifies you. It is not fully anonymous: records may be linked to the same user, device, or account, and additional information may allow them to be attributed to an individual. Pseudonymized data may therefore constitute personal data under applicable data protection laws.

Information We Collect

Gameplay Analytics ( Pseudonymized ): 

We may collect pseudonymized analytics about gameplay patterns, feature usage, and game performance to understand how our games are used and improve your experience. These records may be associated with a pseudonymous identifier.

In-App Purchases and Downloadable Content:    

Our Game operates on the Meta Quest platform and uses Meta's in-app purchase system to enable purchases and manage downloadable content. When you make a purchase, Meta processes the transaction and may collect data such as your user identifier, purchase history, and downloadable content entitlements in order to provide access to purchased items and manage your game experience. We do not receive or store payment details, but we may access information about purchases for entitlement and support purposes.

What We Do Not Collect:   

We do not collect or retain names, emails, device serial numbers, precise locations, or IP addresses.

Data Retention   

We retain the  pseudonymized  analytics data for a reasonable period to analyze and improve our game.  

Pseudonymization does not make this data anonymous or remove any applicable data protection rights.

User Rights and Data Requests  

Everyone, anywhere in the world, can request deletion of their personal data held by us, including pseudonymized analytics data, at any time. We offer this right to all users, regardless of their country or region of residence and regardless of whether local law requires it.

To request deletion, email support@chaossic.com. We will help you identify the information needed to locate your records. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request and identify the data associated with you. Pseudonymization does not prevent you from making a deletion request.

Once we have verified your request and located your records, we will delete the personal data associated with you and instruct service providers processing that data on our behalf to delete it, except where retention is required by law. If a legal retention requirement applies, we will explain what must be retained and why. If we cannot locate your records, we will explain this and help you determine what additional information could enable us to find them.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, or receive a copy of your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Contact support@chaossic.com to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy

The game is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the game, contact support@chaossic.com so we can investigate and address the request in accordance with applicable law.

Sharing and Third Parties  

We do not sell user analytics. We may share pseudonymized analytics and aggregate gameplay trends with internal teams for game optimization and with service providers, such as analytics platforms or hosting services, that help operate the game. Pseudonymized analytics is not fully anonymous. Service providers are contractually obligated not to attempt re-identification.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically, particularly if you have not visited for some time.
